PoliceLink Events is an event management platform designed for police unions to post fundraising events, sell tickets, and check in attendees. Our goal is to make event planning easy and hassle-free.

Unions create an event on our platform, set ticket prices, and share the event page. Ticket buyers purchase their tickets online, and on the day of the event, unions can scan the tickets to check in attendees.

PoliceLink Events is specifically designed for police unions and organizations hosting fundraising events.
Attendees can be anyone purchasing tickets for those events.

Ticket Buyers

Simply visit the event page, select the number of tickets you want, and complete the checkout process using a credit or debit card.

No, all tickets are digital. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a QR code that will be scanned at the event for entry.

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us for assistance.

Ticket transfers depend on the event organizer’s policy. Contact them directly if you need to change the ticket holder’s name.

Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policy. If you need a refund, contact them directly.

Yes! All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.

 

Event Organizers

There are no upfront costs for unions. Ticket buyers cover all fees, including:

- Credit card processing fee
- A service fee of $0.79 + 1.0% per ticket

  1. Sign up or log in to your account.
  2. Click “Create Event” and enter event details.
  3. Set ticket prices and availability.
  4. Publish the event and start selling tickets.
 

Each ticket has a unique QR code. Organizers can scan these codes using any smartphone or tablet to check in guests quickly.

Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer. If a refund is needed, you can process it through your dashboard.

Yes!
When creating your event, you can set a maximum number of tickets available to prevent overbooking.
